The engineer who learned to listen to living systems

My journey is not a break — it is a systemic extension. Starting from mastery of technical architectures, I gradually discovered that the real levers of transformation lie in the invisible: culture, meaning, relational quality.

2025 was a tipping point that led me to use other tools beyond my engineer's analytical mind to have greater impact in my work.
